If a product offered on the pedaheel.com website is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Delivery Times

Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the Malaysia and Singapore when you order. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the courier transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

 International orders are shipped via international courier pick up or POS service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-30 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

Order Tracking

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two confirmation emails:

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject “Order Confirmation for order number #####”. This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject “Order Shipment Confirmation” that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment using either of the following ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the “Order Shipment Confirmation” email.
  2. Visit the relevant courier web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the “Order Shipment Confirmation” email into the Tracking form.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  1. Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
  2. There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.
  3. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the official courier website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with PedaHeel products. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.pedaheel.com , please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.

 

OUR STANDARD POLICY

Returns are SIMPLE. If you choose to return for a refund, you will have to bear the cost of return postage or courier charges. For receiver pay service there will be is a $10.00 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your return.


FINE DETAILS

  • All items returned must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags.
  • All original packaging and original shoe box should be included.
  • Please send the original shoe box back to us inside a protective shipping packaging (this does not need to be the original shipping box)
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase receipt.
  • You will have to made your own arrangement to send us back any unworn product(s). Take note It will be your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned and safely arrive at our warehouse, we highly suggest to use traceable shipping method and to insure your package for the full replacement value. 
  • All returns must be shipped to our return facility:  Bg8, Jalan Indah 2/4, Red Rubby Shop Apartment, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
  • Depending on individual bank policy, please allow approx. 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we refund your return item(s), take note international clearance may takes longer then the stipulated date.
  • PedaHeel accepts returns only for items purchased on the www.pedaheel.com website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on www.pedaheel.com website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited or international shipping fees added to your original order.
  • Returns from any ” Free Premium promotion, or special price 2nd pair sales ” Depending on the promotion mechanics, for the 1st situation premium is accompanied with the purchase of item, if you decide to return the item, make sure it is returned together with the premium, else we may need to deduct the price of the premium for the returns. for 2nd pair offer,  purchase of two pair is what qualifies you for the discount during the Sale period. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned. The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of return

 

International Shipping

When you add items to your order and click on “Checkout” to complete your order. You will see your total price including shipping and handling charges in US dollars before you place your order. Please note the following:

  • All product prices and shipping fees are displayed in USD.
  • Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as www.pedaheel.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond www.pedaheel.com’s control. Duties and taxes will be paid by you to the local shipping representative on your behalf or directly to the competent authority of your country.  
  • All oversea shipment, the recipient is responsible for all required documentation and compliance with the local custom laws. Please let us know t what are the document or certificate you need prior to shipment, After product leaves our warehouse, www.pedaheel.com will not be held responsible for any issue related to custom regulation of your country.
